Prospectors is a portable gem mining flume
that delivers safe, unique fun
to your party or special event. We provide
all of the supplies you need to discover the thrill of panning for our
beautiful gemstones and fossils. Your guests will leave with the
excitement of having found their perfect treasure.
As a prospector, you will receive a bucket of mining rough enriched with
gems or fossils from all over the world. Scoop some of the rough, pour
it into the screen box and swish it in the water. As you wash away the
rough, the gem stones and fossils will reveal their brilliant colors and
shapes.
 Your
party guests are opening the door to an educational experience not
available elsewhere. The gem chart that each guest receives will provide
information so they can compare finds and help each other
 identify
them. In each bucket, prospectors normally find the following:
rubies, emeralds, garnets, obsidian, tiger eye, sodalite, calcite,
fluorite, quartz, crystal points, and many others, including
arrowheads. We also have mining rough with up to 32 different
fossils.
